The “rule of law” administration has been keeping busy pardoning criminals and commuting their sentences. Last week, Biden commuted the sentences of 37 out of the 40 death row criminals after talking to the pope. So much for the Democrats’ keeping religion and politics separate!
There is so much hypocrisy in Biden’s latest lawlessness. He didn’t commute the sentences of three death row prisoners: the Tree of Life synagogue shooter, the Charleston church shooter, and the Boston Marathon bomber, the only three who had a political motivation for their crimes.
If the death penalty is wrong, then why not commute all 40? If it is acceptable then why commute anyone? And why did Biden listen to the pope’s advice on the death penalty and not abortion?
Answer: The pope is the cover to make progressive activists happy. This is not about Biden’s opposition to the death penalty. For one, he was a fierce supporter of it until yesterday.
But regardless of what you think of the death penalty, the thing is that it is not Biden’s call. Congress makes laws, and Congress has decided that certain crimes deserve the death penalty. The president doesn’t make or change laws, he is supposed to execute them faithfully. Biden—or whoever is running the White House, maybe Dr. Jill?—has decided to override the will of the people through Congress and decisions made by courts.
And in favor of the worst of the worst. Here are what 24 of them did but had their sentences commuted nonetheless.

David Anthony Runyon was hired by Cat Voss and her boyfriend Michael Draven to kill Cat Voss’s husband Cory Voss, a Navy officer. This way, they would be able to claim life insurance and get rid of him. Runyon abducted Cory Voss, took him to an abandoned area, and killed him after shooting him five times.
Kaboni Savage was a drug trafficking organization’s leader. The group was responsible for extreme violence and murder in Philadelphia. He was first accused of the murder of Kenneth Lassiter after Lassiter, a complete stranger, bumped into his car. He was acquitted after a trial witness, Tybius Flowers, was also murdered. It’s difficult to understand why these convicted killers have been freed? I simply don’t understand
