White Liberals with Trump Derangement Syndrome have Become Human Hallucinogens
Sad, yet real-life stories of Karens among us
By Chuck Warren
This week, we were treated to another white liberal meltdown. The headline from the New York Post:
"Woman whose MAGA hat meltdown, subway wipeout went viral is an 'extremely liberal' luxury brand consultant."

You can read more here.
What stood out to me while reading the news article, was the following comment from a co-worker:
"Testanero has gone off the deep end when it comes to politics,” a former colleague claimed.
“She and I stopped being friends a while ago, as she became extremely liberal and very agitated,” the one-time coworker told The Post.
“I see nothing has changed, but now she’s gotten into the extreme, doing things like this,” the coworker said of the subway incident, adding that Testanero was known to argue with Republicans and frequently call out people she deemed “racist.”
A freelance creative director and branding specialist who has worked with posh outfits like Tiffany & Co., Coach, Bergdorf Goodman and Kate Spade, Testanero prides herself on “maintaining the highest standards,” according to her online profiles."
These people have become human hallucinogens among us.
Sadly, there have been a few studies over the past several years which found many liberal white women have been diagnosed with a mental health condition. In addition, a recent study found “that liberal women ages 18 to 40 are much more likely to report frequent feelings of loneliness. Nearly one-in-three (29%) reported feeling lonely a few times a week or more."
While there are a myriad of reasons for this mental health crisis, that is not the purpose of this brief column. Anyone who is on social media and checks it occasionally, will find one white liberal Karen, crying, lecturing, castigating and just showing the world how miserable they are. This column has no desire to try to explain why this phenomenon exists. Frankly, it has probably been around for decades, but social media has given them the opportunity to share the narcissism that enslaves their mind. Rather, it is to share some recent examples of how their Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) is ruining friendships and tearing apart relationships that a functioning society needs.
They are basically human hallucinogens intent on tearing friendships, families and community activities apart.
Some recent examples of liberal meltdowns shared with me first hand this week:
Tesla. A friend splits carpool duties with another mom whose sons are close friends. They are both thirteen years old. The boys were on the way to school this week when the topic of what car they want when they get to be thirteen. Both said they wanted a Tesla and talked about all the great technological features. My friend found the conversation amusing and fun. We have all had conversations with our kids, nieces and nephews about their first car. It is a rite of passage.
My friend shared this conversation via text with the other mother who then replied that she will "not be supporting Elon Musk" and went on a whole diatribe about his apparent awfulness. My friend, who has never talked politics with this woman, but had a fantastic relationship was taken aback and just discouraged that a sweet story about boys talking about their first car became a political conversation.
As she followed up with me in an email, "Yes, there are so many different layers in relationships/friendships/connections that serve to keep society functional. Mentalities like “If you voted for/support Trump there is simply no place for you in my life and we cannot be friends” instantly severs communication. It is alarming and disheartening that this is the place we have arrived."
Work Friend. Another friend works at a luxury resort spa. One of the mainstays at this resort spa is a kind gentleman who works at the front desk checking people in, scheduling, etc. Anyway, he was on vacation and posted a picture on his Facebook page wearing a MAGA hat (he has never worn one at work). A woman who worked at the spa, who was friends with him, went apoplectic upon seeing the post and told fellow staff members — in between LITERALLY crying — she thought they were friends and now who can you really trust? Her fellow employees of course thought she had lost her everlasting mind.
There are other examples from this week, but these two will suffice.
In summation, one decided to throw a grenade on a family friendship and relationship because her son thought a Tesla was cool and his dream car when he turns 16. The mom who received the unsolicited Tesla outrage text does not want to damage her son's friendship and now will have to walk on eggshells around the TDS victim. What she once thought could become a good family friendship has now disintegrated.
Another could not bear the pain, misperception of danger, and emotional turmoil realizing that a fellow work colleague — one everyone loves and adores — could wear a MAGA hat. As a result she had an emotional, childlike temper tantrum and breakdown. Now her colleagues are required to tiptoe around her fragile mind.
Both stories above sadly are an example of the predicament we are in as a country with these emotionally fragile, human hallucinogens walking among us.
There is much more to life than politics and disagreeing about who should lead a country. My friend, because she is normal, said she avoids talking politics with people unless they can act like rational human beings. As she said, "I won’t engage in the conversation if it’s clear someone cannot be rational or someone who is instantly triggered. If we can’t have an intelligent conversation, I’m out."
These feeble minded souls like Alberta Testanero of New York want to vandalize their opponents, scream obscenities and just break up any decent, well meaning relationship. I do not know the answer to this liberal, narcissistic, weak minded pathogen, but somehow we have to figure it out to keep a sane and civil society. This cannot continue.
