Kamala Harris’ interview with Brett Baier wasn’t the epic fail it could have been largely because Baier jumped Harris’ non-answers a bit too quickly, particularly at the start of the interview. But it was FAR from a Harris victory. Once again, Harris was exposed as an empty pantsuit, unable or unwilling to answer questions while running back to her usual word salad.
Democrats can toss that salad all they want; it still doesn’t taste better to the voters Harris is rapidly losing. But that didn’t stop Newsweek (among others leftstream cheer teams) and the fake Republican brigade from jumping to declare total victory.
According to Bush alum Pete Wehner, “My take: Bret Baier has rarely looked as bad (or tendentious) as he did in his interview with Kamala Harris," Wehner wrote on X. "On the flip side, this was one of her best interviews. She dominated Bret. All in all it was quite a bad day for MAGA world's most important media outlet.”
A couple of things:
Watch the interview yourself and see if this description fits.
When someone says Fox News is “MAGA world's most important media outlet” they are announcing that they have no insight at all into the America First movement, which largely abandoned Fox News over the last 6 years.
Describing Wehner as a “GOP speechwriter” or even just calling him a Republican is a farce. Wehner is a paid shill for MSNBC and The Atlantic. His entire job is to crap on Republicans from the position of having formerly worked for them. His X feed is nothing but animal photos and attacks on Trump and other Republicans.
Last point:
Be prepared for a lot more Olympic-level gaslighting from the left over the next three weeks. Harris is losing ground. People being exposed to her for the first time are realizing what people who have been exposed to her over the last decade plus have long since realized: Kamala Harris is awkward, unlikeable, insecure, and unprepared.

This election is not a typical political one. We are fighting for the lives of future generations! As Elon Musk has indicated, if the democrats win and they could by using “no voter ID” and questionable ballot boxes again, we could lose our freedom of choice and true democracy. We are a Constitutional Republic and the democrats want one uni party to be controlled by a few elites.
I don't know what type of idiot that Wehner guy is. Or am I confusing him with Anthony Weiner? But anyone who has The Atlantic on his resume is in a position of so little trust among anyone that's not a swamp creature.
Another point is that when someone is evaluating an interview such blowhard phrases as, "She dominated him (the interviewer)," are the same type of comments one would make as when evaluating a debate the person tossing out the higher number of insults wins. A newsmaker interview is not about scoring points; it's about answering questions fully. AS a viewer, I consider it a waste of time to see an interviewee giving non-answers to every direct question. I also consider it a waste of time if the interviewer inserts the following types of hooks into their questions:
1 How do you respond to news reports that...?
2 When you made the false accusations of your opponent that...?
Also, there is no reason for an interviewer to think they have to act as a "fact-checker" in real time. Just ask the question, and let the subject respond. That is then the statement of the subject. And don't ask so many questions that have a 2-minute preamble!
Based upon the interview I saw, and the additional background provided by Bret Baier, I had the opinion that Kamala tried as much as possible, in conspiracy with her staff, to show up with the intent of filibustering the questions, with the intent of saying as little as possible in the response. In other words, create a word salad for every question. Instead of giving real information, she went in with the intent of trying to belittle Baier, then say, "See? I wasn't afraid to go on Fox!"
So if that dweeb still thinks Kamala "won" the interview, then he doesn't even know what he was watching. He thought he was watching professional wrestling , instead of a serious interview.
