During the debate, Donald Trump claimed that Kamala Harris supports gender transition surgeries for illegal immigrants. Immediately, journalists mocked Trump and defended Harris against the claim.
Problem - the claim is true, as first reported by CNN. Here are the journalists who lied to protect Harris with their contact information. Let them know that you are tired of their partisan lies.
Susan Glasser in The New Yorker:
His line about how the Vice-President “wants to do transgender operations on illegal aliens that are in prison” was pretty memorable, too. What the hell was he talking about? No one knows, which was, of course, exactly Harris’s point. Trump was so unprepared for the debate that even he himself did not seem to know what he was saying at times.
There has been no correction.

The Atlantic later updated the piece without acknowledging that it had been a correction.

This needs context.
The context: Yes, Trump is right, and Harris supported this. But she couldn’t just say “Trump is right” or “true.”
Write to these journalists, tag them on social media, and demand that they publicly apologize for and retract their lies.
Unless an educated citizenry starts pushing back and fact-checking these so-called journalists, this nonsense and one-sided propaganda will continue.
The Fourth Estate is supposed to be an honest arbiter, a critical fact checker of those in power (both parties). America needs it to be more than ever with the various issues facing our great country. Instead, they have become the Mayella Ewells of To Kill a Mockingbird who lie to not make their progressive masters upset or damage their damaging ideology.
Would be nice to have the link to her saying it when we email the so-called journalists. I know I heard this somewhere but, of course, it seems to have been scrubbed now. Help!
