In Trump Case, Colorado Court Split on Ivy League Lines
By Sam Stone
The Colorado Supreme Court has 7 members. All are Democrats appointed by a Democrat Governor. Yet the vote to toss former President Donald Trump off the ballot for the upcoming election was split 4-3.
What was the split? Education. Here are the law school alma maters of those who voted to toss Trump:
Monica Marquez – Yale
Richard Gabriel – Penn
Melissa Hart – Harvard
William Hood III – Virginia
And here are the three who voted to leave Trump on the ballot:
Brian Boatright – Denver
Carlos Samour – Denver
Maria Berkenkotter – Denver
See the pattern?
In the wake of the disastrous testimony of three Ivy League Presidents called before Congress to answer for the raging anti-Semitism on their campuses, we hardly needed more proof that the Ivy Leagues have rotted from the inside out.
But here it is.
